The tenancy deposit will beĀ equivalent to five weeksā rent.
This deposit is held as security against the tenantās obligations under the tenancy agreement, including:

If keys, fobs, or other security devices are lost by the tenant or anyone associated with the tenant, the tenant will be responsible for theĀ full cost of replacement.
If the loss requires locks or security systems to be replaced or reprogrammed, the tenant will also be responsible for these costs.
If a tenant requests a change to the tenancy agreement and the landlord agrees, a charge of £50 (including VAT) will apply.
